Out of the Doghouse

I have been sending out the “CCTL Express Newsletter” for three years now, and I have yet to spotlight a book that I wrote, called “Out of the Doghouse: A Man’s Secret Survival Guide to Romance”. I guess it’s because it’s tough to be biased when the product I’m hocking is my own.

But, the book is a great gift, if I do say so myself. Before I had written “Out of the Doghouse” for years, women had asked me to write a book to help their men become more romantic. As I talked to more and more guys, I learned that there were plenty of men who were already romantic. But, the men who weren’t, just didn’t seem interested in romance. Sure, there were a few that just were romantically challenged, and would have loved to “learn the romantic ropes”. But, most of these guys just didn’t see the point in romance.

I delved deeper. What were they interested in? It really all depended on the guy: The Simpsons, professional sports, beer, wrestling, tinkering with their engines, hunting… the list kept going. But, the one thing that they all had in common: they all were interested in sex.

So, I wrote “Out of the Doghouse” for these fellas, If you offer your partner romance, she’ll be much more apt to reciprocate with sex. So, the book is a cheat sheets of love notes and poems, romantic songs, as well as adventures all tried and tested by yours truly, and divided into the beginner, novice and expert romantic sections (with a quick reference guide in the back).

Do I think the book is a true Guru Pick? Of course. It’s fun, easy to use and brings couples together while keeping men out of the doghouse, by any means necessary.
